War and Threats Do Not Create Real Change–Diplomatic Negotiation Does!

It is a fact that most U.S. presidents (other than President Carter) have not used diplomatic negotiation–but instead have mostly used threats.  For a list of examples with footnotes see my ebook, Conceiving a Peaceful World.  (This section is about 100 pages long). Trump’s recent threats to N. Korea can be added to this list.

It is a fact that threats increase the likelihood of war rather than peace.

It is a fact that war does not solve conflicts long-term.  For a list of examples of how often U.S. wars set up the next one with footnotes see my ebook, Conceiving a Peaceful World.

It is a fact that war does not solve the original conflict–AND war creates new resentments and conflicts–AND war destroys the civilization and communities of a country that are most likely to produce and nurture citizens capable of preventing war through peaceful means–in other words–war breeds terrorism and more violence.

It is a fact that when women are involved in creating and drafting negotiations–that the agreements they create have a much higher likelihood of successfully being put into place and remaining in place 15 years later!

It is a fact that war is NEVER really about what the American public is told it is about!  For a list of examples with footnotes see my ebook, Conceiving a Peaceful World

It is a fact that militarism and the glory of war are myths that make a small group of corporate executives, investors, oil oligarchs, bankers, and military contractors VERY very rich at the expense of our young men and women who give their lives or their health for reasons that are mostly lies made up in order to upset the American public enough that we will agree to give our most priceless possessions–OUR CHILDREN–up for a war that is bankrupt of any real meaning.

It s a fact that almost every U.S. war for the past 100 years has been promoted by false flag events–fake events or lies made up by the U.S. government that were horrific, frightening, and shocking in order to convince the American public to give up our children to fight and risk their lives and health.  For a list of these false flag events with footnotes see my ebook, Conceiving a Peaceful World.  (This section is about 100 pages long so it is thorough and extensive.)

The facts and sources in this blog are all footnoted in my ebook, Conceiving a Peaceful World based on more than 20 years of research.
